Location

This role will sit onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Role Summary

The IT Change Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating a SOX-compliant change management framework for all technology systems that support financial reporting and business-critical operations. This role is critical to the company’s IPO readiness and ongoing public company compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end IT change management process for SOX-scope systems
- Design and maintain SOX-compliant change controls
- Run and facilitate a Change Advisory Board (CAB) as needed, including agenda setting, approvals, and documentation
- Manage release calendars and coordinate production deployments
- Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Finance, and Security teams
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
- Lead remediation of audit findings

- Facilitate Engineering Changes
- Train teams on public company change expectations

- Roll out change management processes for organization

Systems in Scope

NetSuite ERP and other financial systems, revenue and billing platforms, core infrastructure, IAM systems, in-house developed applications and products, and critical SaaS platforms.

Required Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in IT Change, Release Management, or IT Controls.
Experience supporting SOX 404 audits.
Strong understanding of ITGCs, SDLC controls, and ITIL principles.

Designed Change Management Flows on ITSM tools 

Nice to Have

IPO readiness experience, Big 4 or IT audit background, ITIL certification, and GRC tooling experience. Experience with JIRA ITSM will be a HUGE plus.

Success Metrics

Clean SOX audit outcomes, documented and adopted processes, and strong cross-functional adoption.
