That’s why we’re looking for an IT Technician to join our team and make sure our IT infrastructure is operating smoothly.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Inspecting our IT infrastructure to assess its performance

• Informing management about any problems, needed improvements, and planned interruptions

• Managing user accounts and access rights and keeping users informed of any technical issues

• Identifying problems, implementing policies, and taking action to secure our online systems and company equipment

• Participating in system development projects

• Performing other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:

• Associate’s in computer science or a similar field

• CompTIA A+ or similar networking certification

• 2+ years general IT experience

• Knowledge of IT networks and protocols

• Experience with MacOS/iOS devices 

• Experience with label printers such as Zebra

• Experience with G Suite

• Work well with minimal supervision

• Have an eye for detail

• Comply with OSHA requirements while on work premises
