Zayo is seeking an ISP Controls Project Manager-Software Systems Implementation to play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of an internal Operations/PMO workflow software system. Your software expertise will ensure that the software platform integration is successful in empowering our day-to-day operations teams.

The ISP Controls Project Manager-Software Systems Implementation will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as: Critical Infrastructure, Engineering, ISP Implementation, Network Infrastructure and other Zayo teams, to manage software project timelines, and ensure that all ISP software integration projects meet our high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, testing, and software implementation of a software system integration project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

  • Maintain software project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors (ServiceNow), and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

  • Monitor software project performance to identify and mitigate risks and implement software change management processes, as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with software industry standards, company policies, and legal regulations.

  • Provide regular project updates (sprints) to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Manage and resolve any software implementation issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Telecommunications, Engineering, Software or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Telecommunications background is required.

  • Proven experience in software project management, specifically around software connectivity to telecommunications networks.

  • Strong understanding of software process design principles, construction practices, and telecommunications networks.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Basic knowledge and familiarity of software and networking technology.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Co-Pilot, etc.) and Google Suite products.

  • Experience with project management software such as Sitetracker. Experience working with ServiceNow platforms.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Travel as required (Less than 10% estimated) for critical meetings.

  • Approved to work in the United States.

Estimated Base Salary Range: $66,500 - $105,000 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
