Project – the aim you’ll have

This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Position – how you’ll contribute

The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines across AWS environments that support Sitecore and enterprise-scale applications. This role ensures efficient CI/CD operations, infrastructure automation, and cost optimization while upholding high platform reliability and security standards.

Expectations – the experience you need

• 6+ of professional experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps;
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and CloudFormation Templates (CFTs);
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles;
• Expertise with AWS DevOps services and CloudWatch monitoring;
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker;
• Knowledge of FinOps and AWS cost optimization practices;
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as CircleCI and Azure DevOps;
• Familiarity with observability and logging using Grafana and FluentD;
• Experience in managing Sitecore infrastructure.
• Excellent English communication

• Skilled in cost-saving and budget control initiatives
• SME for Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Ability to coach and mentor other engineers on DevOps best practices
• Experience managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure
