As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. You will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our production operations. By ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed, you will contribute to the success and growth of the company. ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements on the production floor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, and maintenance to resolve production issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations or team lead experience
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using production management systems and tools to monitor and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.

  • BA/BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain or integrated supply chain environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
