About this Opportunity:
We are now looking for an IP Security Planning & Optimization Lead to lead different IP Security teams securing that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relations are handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
What will you do:
- Responsible for Service and Resource planning and design, as part of the Infrastructure and Product Lifecycle Management. Support the best cost-effective design and ensure consistency of the service and resources.
- Responsible for planning, service and resource engineering, including the detailed design of new or enhanced services or resources, supporting the deployment of the solution.
- Responsible for Network and Service performance management and capacity management, ensuring that the services or resources are performing adequately and that capacity is available to meet Ericsson business requirements.
- Responsible for Customer Solution Design, including Support Customer Requirements Analysis, Customer Solution High Level Design, Customer Solution 3rd level Support.
- Responsible for end user quality of service and optimization by deploying corrective measures to improve traffic ability performance.
- Responsible for network KPIs definition and correlation of KPIs to customer experience.
- Support analytics and automation by understanding automation requirements and identify potential use cases.
- Leading and securing delivery performance in alignment with the business case and managed service targets.
- Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units across the organization.
- Identify delivery trends with possible Add on Sale to the business case.
What will you bring:
- +8 years of experience.
- Education: bachelor's degree in Telecommunication or any equivalent engineering degree.
- Domain experience: IP Security & IP Network.
- Hands-on experience for different Firewalls vendors (Juniper SRX, F5, Fortinet, Palo Alto ...).
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
- Persuading and influencing with argumentation skills.
- Analyzing.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
- Relating and networking.
- Leading and supervising, have coaching skills.
- Market insight, business understanding and Ericsson knowledge.
- Financial skills.
