About the Role:

As an IP Developer, you'll play a key role in crafting and enhancing proprietary solutions that extend the capabilities of NetSuite ERP. By partnering with subject matter experts, you'll dive deep into business process challenges and translate them into dynamic, scalable tools that help clients thrive. Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on development work on IP initiatives
- Develop existing and new SuiteApps and redeployable solutions
- Work with subject matter experts to design and develop BPM IP solutions for NetSuite ERP.
- Document use cases, specifications and test cases for IP solutions.
- Maintain IP solutions to optimize and enhance solution footprint(s) alongside NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases.
- Provide ad-hoc support for customers leveraging IP solutions within customer-owned environments.
- Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values.
Requirements:
- Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience.
- Understanding of common industry-standard business practices related to NetSuite ERP.
- Developing Requirements and Design documents.
- Strong SuiteScript and ecmascript experience. Preferrable ES6 knowledge and syntax.
- Development in accordance with NetSuite’s SAFE guidelines
- Understanding and competence with the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and version control.
- Working with internal subject matter experts to create and solution unique gaps in NetSuite functionality.
- Working with and assisting customers with ad-hoc support requests on IP solutions.
- Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.
- Certified NetSuite Developer preferred.
- Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, SuiteQL, reporting, creating custom forms and workflows.
- Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes
- At least 3-4 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
