About Physmodo

Physmodo is redefining movement health through computer-vision assessments,

connected wearables, and personalized content. Our iOS product suite spans a

consumer iPhone app, an enterprise iPad app used in studios and clinics, and a

computer vision engine that ties everything together. You’ll join a small, fast-moving

team who ships frequently and obsesses over high-quality user experiences.

What You’ll Own

You’ll be the technical lead for both native iOS codebases—guiding architecture and

collaborating with our backend, android, and product teams.

1. Assessment Engine SDK – Debug and optimize our in-house computer-vision SDK

(written in Swift + AppleVision), improve performance, and extend test coverage. You’ll

be responsible for migrating our current SDK to the latest Apple Vision version &

mapping/refactoring to make our code base up-to-date.

2. Mobile-app & Enterprise-app UI refresh – Lead a design-system rollout (SwiftUI

where practical, UIKit where existing). Updating and improving two different iOS apps

based on product requirements.

3. QR-code hand-off – Build a secure “tap-to-sign-in” experience: generate a

time-boxed QR in the mobile app, scan on iPad, exchange tokens with our API, and log

users in instantly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

● Own the full iOS release pipeline: CI/CD, TestFlight, and public/enterprise

distribution.

● Refactor legacy UIKit code toward modular, testable SwiftUI components where

it adds value.

● Profile, benchmark, and optimize memory, launch time, and frame rates.

● Write unit & UI tests (XCTest, Snapshot testing) and comply to code-review

standards with our tech lead.● Pair with design on motion/animation polish; pair with backend on

GraphQL/REST contracts.

Must-Have Qualifications

● 5+ years shipping production Swift apps (iPhone and ideally iPad) with

demonstrable App Store releases.

Deep UIKit & SwiftUI knowledge—comfortable bridging the two and choosing

pragmatically.

● Experience integrating at least one of: Branch.io, RevenueCat, or comparable

attribution/subscription SDKs.

● HealthKit or other wearable-data integrations (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, etc.).

● Solid grasp of authentication flows, keychain, and secure token exchange

(OAuth 2 / JWT).

● CI/CD ownership (Xcode Cloud)

● Computer-vision or Apple Vision experience (especially real-time video

processing).

Nice-to-Have Extras

● Knowledge of Apple Business Manager / enterprise distribution.

● Familiarity with QR-code cryptography or cross-device pairing patterns.

● Experience localizing apps and building accessible interfaces.
