Job Description:

Dimensional’s Investment Solutions Group (ISG) acts as a source of specialized investment knowledge that delivers thought leadership, education, and analysis to our clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling, informative content.

Within ISG, the Product Management team supports the effective promotion of our strategies from launch through to ongoing support. These efforts include messaging and content development, industry and competitive analysis, internal and external communication, and cross-department coordination.

This position will focus on supporting Dimensional’s fixed income offering, including content and promotion strategy for new strategy launches and for the broader lineup. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience from working within the asset management industry and with fixed income products.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Dimensional’s investment approach and its implementation across strategies

  • Become knowledgeable on Dimensional’s fixed income approach, funds and strategies, and key differentiators

  • Monitor the competitive landscape for trends and competitive intelligence that can support efforts to promote Dimensional fixed income strategies

  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop sales strategy and identify opportunities to enhance interactions with target audiences

  • Develop multi-channel content and promotion for Dimensional fixed income strategies and approach

  • Partner with portfolio management and product specialist teams to develop timely market and strategy stories for client conversations

  • Collaborate on product-related efforts with other departments including investments, portfolio management operations, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance

  • Serve as an internal resource on firm and industry product knowledge

  • Attend certain client engagements or events as a product subject matter specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA or CFA preferred.

  • Seven or more years of prior employment within the investment industry.

  • Previous experience with fixed income products in product management, product marketing, or portfolio management or related functions is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of the asset management industry, ETFs, and capital markets.

  • Experience with investment-related content creation strongly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgment.

  • Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks.

  • Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders.
