We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vice President, Securities Lending to support and grow our securities lending business. This candidate will be working in securities lending, collateral management, or related prime brokerage functions. This role offers exposure to trading, client coverage, risk management, and operational oversight, with increasing ownership of day-to-day decision-making and client interactions.
In this role, you will:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vice President, Securities Lending to support and grow our securities lending business. This candidate will be working in securities lending, collateral management, or related prime brokerage functions. This role offers exposure to trading, client coverage, risk management, and operational oversight, with increasing ownership of day-to-day decision-making and client interactions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant for Securities Lending.
- Review and analyze complex, longer-term business and operational initiatives that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Make decisions requiring excellent understanding of policies, procedures and compliance requirements to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
- Support daily securities lending trading activity, including loan booking, rate setting, recalls, returns, and fails management.
- Monitor supply and demand dynamics across equities.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
- Support client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor collateral levels, margin requirements, and counterparty exposures.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk limits, regulatory requirements, and lending agreement.
- Partner closely with Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to automation and workflow enhancements.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Analyze lending performance, balances, utilization, and revenue trends.
- 5+ years of Securities Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of experience in securities lending, prime brokerage, collateral management.
- Strong understanding of securities lending mechanics, lifecycle events, and market conventions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
- Registration for FINRA Series 7 (or 79) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
- This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.
