Northrop Grumman is looking for an Investment Analyst Level to support the company's substantial Pension and Defined Contribution Trusts. The role will be located in El Segundo, California and report to the Director of Investment Operations and Compliance.

The following duties and responsibilities will be required of the selected candidate:
- Work with the Director of Operations and Compliance to manage the operations of the various trusts. Specific functional support will include:
- Investment operations
- Trust document reviews
- ERISA reviews
- Trust reporting
- Executive presentations
- Lead and support multiple Trust audits (internal and external)
- Trust filings with regulatory agencies
- Other related Trust activities as they arise
- Design and implement operational systems to streamline operations and maximize revenue and shareholder interests
- Facilitate communications between various internal departments, outside Investment Managers, trustees, lawyers(internal and external) and auditors working on the various trusts
- Expected to be a resource to the department and stakeholders for all practices and procedures

This position can be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications Level 2:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Basic Qualifications Level 3:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with at least 6 years of experience in the field.


Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Trustee and/or Compliance experience preferred
 

Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00Salary Range 2: $97,500.00 - $146,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
