Essential Responsibilities
Leverage lessons learned from other similar projects to identify and assess scope and risks on the Project bid/proposal and provide feedback to ITO.
Attend all Readiness Release, Advance Release, and Full Release Meetings led by ITO.
Review the Key Handover Documents with the PM & CM and collaborate on strategizing and documenting the cost and schedule risks for the Project.
Assemble the project team at launch to introduce the cross-functional team members, set project launch schedule and review the key Project risks, opportunities, and assumptions for execution related to delivery and cost.
Support the Cost & Schedule Core Team members in their respective coordination of the Commitment Meetings, whereby the baseline, targets, forecasts, and risks are discussed with the Project Team and supporting functions to launch the execution plan.
Conduct an IPM Execution Strategy Meeting during Launch to communicate the overall cost and schedule strategy to the Project Team and supporting functions, and to set the Project cost and schedule operating rhythm and expectations for daily management.
Lead weekly IPM meetings with the Project Team members to review the latest cost and schedule risks and opportunities, and identify action plans required for mitigation.
Drive specific mitigation efforts for cost and schedule risks with respective functional owners through current op rhythms and offline, set up ad-hoc meetings to solve complex/stuck issues, escalate when leadership support is needed and communicate for updates to PM & CM as needed.
Support the PM & CM with the latest risk action plans and updates, and flow cost and schedule variance output from the weekly IPM rhythms into the PM’s Daily Management reviews.
Create disciplined change management process and reporting to track all deviations and variances versus as-sold budget and scope with functions.
For customer change orders, gather inputs on cost and schedule impact from the relevant functions, assess options, and track implementation of change.
Work with the Project & cross-functional team to follow through on the Project's Cost Out initiatives to implementation, assessing progress during execution against cost savings targets and escalating to PM and leadership team to resolve critical issues.
Develop and execute a plan to track Project Payment Milestone events and collect documentation from relevant functions to support the invoicing process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of cross-functional business experience with operational and/or project management experience
Eligibility Requirements

This position is required to have a presence in any of the identified locations but remote / hybrid may be considered
Candidate must currently reside in the USA

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
