The Internal Account Manager manages assigned distributors in the region and will engage and support the day-to-day business, projects, marketing and when needed, engage, and assist end-users. This role works jointly with the regional team of Internal Account Executives and Regional Sales Director, to achieve set targets. The Internal Account Manager manages incoming leads from various sources, identifies potential opportunities, and develops new business.

What You Will Do 

  • Support 2 to 3 Account Executives in the local market.
  • Drive growth with channel accounts by introducing Panduit products and solutions and identify/win new projects.
  • Convert business from competitors and increase business flow.
  • Maintain good relationships with Channel partners and provide support for specific needs; identify further business opportunities.
  • Analyze client portfolio/development with the preparation of corresponding activities and follow-up of those actions.
  • Regular service calls and query of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all relevant data is kept/ updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing and Business Units to ensure campaigns are relevant and useful to the target audience.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience: 2-4 years required in a relevant role, preferably in sales, distribution, or technology.
  • Software: Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce. 
  • Location: Must reside in Florida.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
