Schedule Details/Additional Information:

  • 3-5 hours per week
  • Assist in the promotion of the product lines that make up Advocate Health’s Continuing Health’s platform in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
  • Assist with social media
  • Assist with creating referral source and patient education branded materials.
  • Regularly share results of ongoing campaigns
  • Other projects as assigned

Pay Range

$21.00 - $21.00

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities are assigned based on area of concentration.
  • Receives exposure to various aspects of health care from the view of the area of concentration.
  • The incumbent is responsible for adhering to established Service Standards.

Other preferred responsibilities:

  • Assist in the promotion of Continuing Health product lines in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama
  • Assist the Continuing Health communications team with student and referral source education materials (ie., Brochures, sell sheets, web pages, videos)
  • Assist with writing and uploading LinkedIn posts
  • Regularly share results of ongoing campaigns/social media post

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required.

Education Required:

  • High School Graduate.

Experience Required:

  • No experience required.
  • Communication background preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Current enrollment with senior status at a regional accredited college or university. Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
  • Grade point average of at least 2.5.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
