Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing assistance to a team of Commercial Brokers focused on Capital Markets Investment Sales.
This internship will be onsite five days a week in Center City Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for information and analysis to help coordinate client information
- Review the team’s database and assist with keeping clients’ contact information updated
- Research economic, demographic and real estate market data
- Type and design general correspondences, memos, proposals, agreements, charts, tables, graphs
- Contribute to special projects in support of business development
Requirements
- Currently in pursuit of bachelor’s degree, preferably obtaining a degree in Real Estate
- Rising Junior or Senior preferred
- Passion for learning the commercial real estate industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
