Job Description:At Regions, the Product Manager assists in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing or business segments programs for a product or product line by collecting, analyzing, and reporting marketing and sales performance data.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategizes promotional, marketing, and communication programs for all specified products and services as well as produce standard management reporting
- Researches and compiles business and industry competitive data to analyze and develop tactics to achieve strategic goals
- Manages sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and company products
- Leads the executions of marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans, and future product development
- Provides short term and long term strategic direction
- Prepares and/or provides guidance in the preparation and delivery of training and sales tools
- Acts as the subject matter expert, point of contact, and lead of special projects pertaining to specified products and services
- Understands industry research around customer behaviors, new product offerings, new providers, and regulatory impacts while keeping business unit and product development heads informed
- Manages vendor relationships including responding and sending requests, managing risks, and ensuring compliance adherence
- Leads risk management efforts throughout the life cycle of each product, ensuring proper risk controls and monitoring, and compliance with regulatory risk and operational risk
- Develops products and enhances services to remain competitive in the marketplace while ensuring adherence to all of Regions’ compliance and regulatory standard
- Collaborates with sales teams to identify and implement sales tactics as well as partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategies
- Acts as a lead and mentor of the department
- Creates and delivers presentations to senior leadership
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ten (10) years of experience in product development/management, market research, or directly related experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Interest-Bearing Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of the Consumer and Small Business Savings, Money Market, CD and IRA products. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of the products, from strategy and roadmap definition to execution and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will balance customer needs, business objectives, and risk considerations to deliver compelling, compliant, and high-impact products and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Strategy
Serve as the end-to-end owner of the personal Savings, Money Market, CD, and IRA products.
Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs, business objectives, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Drive product growth and profitability by partnering closely with Marketing and Pricing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Balance risk, revenue, and customer/associate experience to optimize product outcomes.
Initiative Delivery
Lead prioritization efforts and drive execution of product initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, go-to-market strategies, and launch plans.
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to determine optimal solutions and delivery approaches.
Cross-Functional Management
Influence and manage key aspects of the product experience, including:
User Experience: Digital interfaces, marketing, and communications
Associate Experience: Customer servicing and back-office operations
Compliance: Legal, regulatory, disclosures, and audit requirements
Risk & Fraud: Mitigation strategies and controls
Customer Feedback: Issues, complaints, and insights
Vendor Relationships: Oversight and coordination with third-party providers
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track and report on product performance metrics including growth, attrition, and financial impact.
Leverage data and feedback to continuously measure, refine, and improve the product.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience within financial services or banking; product management experience preferred
Strong understanding of interest-bearing products, pricing and regulatory environment
Outstanding influencing, partnership-building and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities within a fast paced, results-oriented environment
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance optimization

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
