In this role, you will:
- Gather and Analyze Intelligence: Collect, evaluate, and interpret intelligence data from diverse sources (open-source, human, and technical) to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities
- Produce Actionable Reports: Prepare comprehensive intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments for decision-makers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with security, IT, HR, legal, and executive leadership to share intelligence, coordinate threat mitigation efforts, and promote security awareness
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Partner with senior leadership and executive management to provide strategic guidance and foster effective decision-making
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in the intelligence/crime/threat analysis field, such as with a federal, state, or local law enforcement entity, or a private sector intelligence team
- Proven experience as an intelligence analyst in public or private sectors; adept at applying analytic techniques and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative security and threat data
- Skilled in global threat intelligence, protective intelligence, and travel risk assessments supporting domestic and international security operations
- Ability to research, evaluate, and clearly communicate physical security risk assessments to senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders
- Expertise in presenting complex analytical findings using PowerPoint, Excel, and other BI analysis tools; capable of delivering clear, impactful insights to diverse audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experienced in tailoring presentations for varied audiences
- Familiarity with risk intelligence platforms and databases (e.g., Ontic, Dataminr, WorldAware, Sibylline, Intelligence Fusion)
- Committed to high ethical standards, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strategically monitor and evaluate physical security issues, delivering concise intelligence analysis to inform mitigation strategies and decision-making
- Research and analyze threat information from diverse sources, synthesizing insights to guide strategic planning and risk management
- Present intelligence assessments on threat activities to varied audiences, ensuring clarity and impact in both written and verbal formats, including executive presentations
- Serve as a point of contact and provide tactical intelligence support during crises, supporting emergent security efforts and special projects as needed
- Collaborate with Corporate Security, Incident Management, Business Resiliency, peer bank intelligence units, and law enforcement to facilitate information sharing and holistic analysis for strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures, proactively supporting evolving organizational needs and fostering a culture of security awareness
- Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices, ensuring recommendations and presentations reflect the latest intelligence
- Demonstrate leadership, integrity, and professionalism, supporting ongoing operations and new initiatives as they arise
