We are seeking an Integration Developer to join our growing Business Applications team, where a successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions to enable the flow of information between SaaS systems. This role requires hands-on development experience with a passion for learning new tools and technologies. You will collaborate with the IT Operations and cross-functional business departments to analyze integration requirements or issues and provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security. You will also be actively involved in improving our overall application development posture and identifying ways to continuously advance our applications.
Ultimately, you should be able to build innovative integration solutions to streamline complex business process flows involving multiple SaaS applications.

What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between various systems, applications, and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Work closely with business and cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements, data flows, and key business processes and develop scalable and secure integrations.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration functionality across cloud applications ensuring data accuracy and service reliability.
- Work closely with Architects and other team members to document integration processes, solutions, and architectural best practices, ensuring clarity and alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate with other development teams to support ongoing projects and ensure seamless integration of new features or applications ensuring data consistency and integrity across multiple cloud platforms and systems through well-architected integration workflows.
- Handling full lifecycle projects and possessing the communication skills necessary to document and convey technical details clearly and professionally.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on work experience dedicated to Integration Development with a proven track record of successful delivery in a scaling enterprise environment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical experience in implementing and supporting middleware tools for cloud-based integrations with business systems like NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, UKG HRIS and others.
- Produce high-quality code that is easy to read, test, and maintain.
- Strong knowledge of various integration methods such as API (SOAP, REST), MFT, Pub/Sub, Webhooks, Event Driven Architecture, etc.
- Experience working with iPaaS solutions like Workato/Zapier etc. to integrate CRM, ERP, HRIS, or other SaaS business applications.
- Experience implementing different integration design patterns utilizing industry best practices.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and API key-based security.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
- Strong understanding of data structures, mapping, transformation, ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes, and tools.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
