Pay Range
$54.90 - $82.35Major Responsibilities:
- Serves as a technical subject matter expert of integration software, supporting software configuration, buildout, and continuous improvement efforts that align with evolving integration processes and reporting needs.
- Contributes to the development and ongoing maintenance of internal integration management office playbooks, tools, and training resources to enable standardization and continuous improvement.
- Supports leadership in designing processes and solutions that help monitor, manage, and validate the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data within the integration plan, including synergy pressure testing activities.
- Supports integration performance and storytelling through the creation of reports, analytics, and for a range of stakeholder groups.
- Lead moderate complexity integration teams to facilitate incremental long-term value creation identification, planning, and realization.
- Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that people actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the organization's business.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics, business intelligence, integration reporting, or a related field. Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives, preferably in integration, program management, or post-merger environments. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering reporting solutions using Power BI or similar tools. Experience supporting enterprise initiatives or strategic programs through development of performance reporting, dashboarding, or analytics aligned to organizational goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Proficient in developing dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools using Power BI and Excel to support enterprise-level performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated knowledge of integration methodologies, project/program management methods, and analytical tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated executive presence and political savvy among other leaders and executives is required.
- Possesses high levels of emotional intelligence and understanding that cultural obstacles may hinder progress and require sensitive handling.
- Skills in prioritizing programs and initiatives based on changing needs, strategic direction, resource capacity and risk exposure.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative partnerships and foster strategic alignment with individuals and cross-functional teams at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with evidence of being a strong team player.
- Demonstrates the ability to identify issues and risks, escalate appropriately, evaluate alternative solutions, and engage leadership in collaborative resolution and mitigation efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and reports to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools is required.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. Must have personal transportation to travel to various locations.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Exposed to a normal office environment.
