Position Description:  

PingWind is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler I  who will provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) for critical U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), Decoy, and Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) systems. This role supports cradle-to-grave activities, including engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair. The Integrated Master Scheduler I will integrate logistics, data science, reliability and maintainability engineering, and operations research to analyze and model complex systems, improve operational availability, and support data-driven decisions. This position directly contributes to optimizing warfighting capability, system readiness, reliability, and lifecycle performance while balancing mission requirements, performance, and cost.

Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
•    Coordinate, develop, integrate, maintain, and manage program and project schedules in accordance with established requirements and the Schedule Management Plan (SMP).
•    Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to provide an accurate, comprehensive view of program activities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
•    Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze scheduling data from program teams, technical leads, and other stakeholders.
•    Establish and monitor progress toward program milestones, key events, deliverables, and significant accomplishment criteria.
•    Perform routine schedule updates, status assessments, and schedule performance analysis to ensure the IMS accurately reflects program execution.
•    Conduct critical path, schedule slack/float, and predecessor/successor dependency analyses to identify schedule constraints and potential impacts.
•    Develop and analyze recovery plans and “what-if” schedule scenarios to evaluate alternatives and mitigate potential schedule delays.
•    Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) to identify, evaluate, and communicate risks that may affect program milestones or completion dates.
•    Identify schedule risks, conflicts, dependencies, delays, and emerging issues and provide timely recommendations for corrective action.
•    Integrate activities across multiple projects, workstreams, and functional areas to maintain alignment with overall program objectives and priorities.
•    Prepare and analyze schedule reports, metrics, forecasts, and performance information to support program management and decision-making.
•    Communicate schedule status, critical activities, dependencies, and potential impacts effectively to all levels of the project team, program leadership, and stakeholders.
