Position Summary:

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives that support BNI's growth across the Americas region. This role ensures global marketing strategies are effectively implemented while adapting campaigns to meet regional and local market needs.

Working closely with the Global Marketing team, Regional Leadership Team, and country marketing and operations teams, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified visitors, support membership growth, and enhance Member engagement.

This is a hands-on role requiring approximately 20% strategic planning and 80% execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning (20%)

  • Develop quarterly and annual regional marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives and global marketing strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, visitor acquisition, Member engagement, and membership growth across the Americas region.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend improvements and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Adapt global marketing initiatives to suit regional market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Establish marketing KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance and ROI.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns (30%)

  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate campaign rollouts across multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging and execution.
  • Develop campaign toolkits, templates, and marketing assets for country teams.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and project delivery.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize performance.

Content, Digital & Brand Management (20%)

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and marketing technologies to improve content creation, campaign effectiveness, workflow efficiency, analysis, and overall productivity while maintaining brand quality and governance standards.
  • Manage regional social media channels and content calendars.
  • Develop and oversee marketing content across websites, email marketing, social media, presentations, videos, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with BNI's global brand standards.
  • Support website content updates and optimize digital content using SEO best practices.

Events, Communications & Partnerships (15%)

  • Support the marketing and promotion of regional conferences, leadership events, webinars, recruitment campaigns, and key initiatives.
  • Develop promotional campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with strategic partners and sponsors where appropriate.
  • Support public relations opportunities and media communications across the Americas region.

Regional Support & Stakeholder Management (10%)

  • Partner with country leadership teams to support local marketing initiatives.
  • Provide marketing frameworks, templates, best practices, and campaign guidance.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across markets to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Marketing, Operations, Franchise Development, Communications, Events teams, and external marketing agency partners.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement (5%)

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, visitor acquisition, engagement, and marketing ROI.
  • Use data and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend new marketing initiatives, technologies, and best practices that support business growth
  • Any additional duties needed to help demonstrate our core values, drive our vision, and fulfill our mission.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment. 
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience across digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and event marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and supporting distributed regional teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM and email marketing platforms, CMS, and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven recommendations.

Preferred:

  • Experience within franchising, membership organizations, associations, professional services, or B2B environments.
  • Experience supporting both corporate and franchise business models.
  • Regional APAC marketing experience.
  • Experience managing external agencies, creative partners, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, and marketing performance analytics.
