Job Title: Insurance Software Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Job Type: Full-time (Direct W2)
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year
Experience: 6+ Years

Job Summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Insurance Software Developer with strong Guidewire expertise to develop, customize, and integrate PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Guidewire Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Gosu development, Guidewire integrations, product model configuration, and Guidewire Cloud upgrades.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Guidewire development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Gosu programming and Guidewire data model.
  • Experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire integrations and Guidewire Cloud.
  • Strong SQL, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Guidewire ACE Certification.
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades.
  • Knowledge of DataHub, InfoCenter, or Digital Portals.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience.
