Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
- Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters from initial filing through final disposition.
- Perform legal research, evaluate factual and procedural issues, and formulate case strategy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings.
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings as required.
Required:
- MA bar
- Recent insurance defense or coverage experience
