Responsibilities
- This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. If you are unsure whether your ID is Real ID-compliant, please check for the star symbol in the upper portion of your driver's license or state ID.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- 6 or more years of relevant experience, including drawings, calculations, and specifications for systems and equipment in nuclear or industrial process facilities, data centers, central utility plants, or complex building systems.
- Experience designing systems for industrial or government facilities.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and office automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of control systems design principles, codes, and standards.
- Ability to review and develop technical drawings, data sheets, and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 15 or more years of related experience, or Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline from an accredited course of study.
