PRIMARY FUNCTION
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to promote Fluid Management product and services with independent paint retailers, regional paint manufacturers, and hardware cooperatives by developing strategies and tactics that lead to increased sales growth of Fluid Management products.  Additionally, this role involves out-bound sales calling, customer quotations, processing of purchase orders, and supporting selling activities with National Account Executives.  The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, exhibit strong communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.  

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

•    Perform outbound call activity to generate qualified leads and interest in Fluid Management products and services as well as communicate appropriate marketing and brand activities and collect market and competitive intelligence. Enter information in a timely manner in sales pipeline report or CRM system. 
•    Develop and increase sales aligned to assigned AOP annual budget of Fluid Management products and services with hardware cooperatives, independent and regional paint manufacturers / retailers.
•    Qualification of inbound phone and web inquiries for Fluid Management product and services recommendation.  
•    Contacts all qualified opportunities / leads. Works leads until closure
•    Provides National Account Executives and Sales Agents with administration, sales and customer support.   
•    Utilizes technology to identify key contacts within targeted accounts.
•    Collect, create and maintain database of key contact phone and emails maintaining within CRM
•    Develop personal objectives and properly execute tactics required to achieve and exceed sales quota.
•    Occasionally, support order management from inception to closure including order entry, order acknowledgements, and all necessary follow-up through delivery. 
•    Supports accurate forecasts based on customer input, field intelligence, market trends and competitive assessment.
•    Stays up to date on current market and product trends

ACCOUNTABILITY
•    Fully accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
•    Accountable for maintaining an up-to-date customer and market/competitive intelligence database
•    Accountable to supporting the order to cash process as needed by the team and the business

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION LEVEL, SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
•    Minimum of 8 years of sales experience with an industrial manufacturer.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Working knowledge of order management.
•    High School degree minimum, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework in business management or marketing or related studies is preferred.
•    Microsoft Office products proficiency required.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 - $72,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
