Role:

The Inside Sales Specialist engages warm leads and sets appointments for our financial advisors. You’ll focus on relationship-building, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the firm’s growth.

This is perfect for professionals with 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and looking to advance into an advisory role.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings

  • Collect financial information and assess needs

  • Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions

  • Keep CRM records updated and accurate

  • Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams

  • Represent Guerra professionally at events

  • Assist with team projects and administrative tasks

  • Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills


Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred).

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written).

  • Financial industry experience is a plus, not required.

  • Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

  • Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude.

Schedule:
  • Full-time, role based in Miami, FL.

  • Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support.


Compensation:

$80,000–$100,000+ Annually All-in (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
Competitive pay structure with uncapped earning potential based on performance and appointments scheduled.
