We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is interested in taking initiative and driving sales all while building strong relationships with our customers.

Your role here
 

As an Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for increasing sales from your relevant sector(s). It is necessary to demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, attention to detail, effective written and confident verbal communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities as follows:

  • Supporting new and existing client projects and incoming sales enquiries from prospective clients.

  • Sending price quotations, product samples and marketing literature to customers.

  • Building long-term profitable relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Monitoring customer sales, identifying any significant evolutions and taking appropriate follow up actions.

  • Communicating with customers to establish future product demand and planning supply.

  • Identifying and creating profitable up-selling opportunities and suggesting new or alternative products and sending appropriate samples and prices as necessary.

  • Supporting new product launches.

  • Assisting in market research projects and targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Answering incoming telephone calls politely, efficiently and effectively.
