   Essential Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Prospects for and identifies new opportunities at the assigned current customer base. Prospects for and identifies new customers and new product opportunities for company products to accomplish and maintain expected sales revenue and margin targets within assigned territories.
  • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation and qualification plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Generates incremental inquiries, provides technical and commercial inputs to sales support for incremental quote generation and ensures quote follow-up to close in line with new business growth targets/quotas.
  • Aligned with territory management strategic objectives, proactively communicates and builds relationships with key
  • purchasing, engineering, and other relevant contacts within assigned accounts.
  • In collaboration with the sales operation specialist (COE Resource), prepare reports on customer contacts, sales opportunities, and accomplishments within the company CRM tool (Salesforce.com) to keep management up to date on any pertinent information and activities within assigned accounts to report results and evaluate marketing strategies and sales territory plans

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

•    Requires the ability to understand and sell technical products/solutions.

•    Requires minimal business travel and work outside of the office
