We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our X-Team in the Business Aviation division. This role is essential to supporting the seamless execution of account maintenance, renewals, and onboarding, while also contributing to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within key aircraft accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales or customer service and be passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of contract renewals, account maintenance, and onboarding of accounts
- Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction throughout the renewal process
- Collaborate with the team to support strategies that maximize customer retention and contribute to revenue growth
- Analyze key accounts to understand their service needs and identify potential service gaps
- Support the Sales Strategy team by providing data and insights to improve account management efforts
- Work with cross-functional teams to help streamline sales processes and reduce friction for account renewals and new sales
- Contribute to sales campaigns aimed at upselling ForeFlight's flight services to accounts
- Tailor communication and sales efforts to meet the unique needs of each account
- Actively collaborate with other team members and departments across ForeFlight and Boeing to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales efforts
- Support day-to-day tasks, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and internal requests
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in inside sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus
- Ability to process data and offer insights to support account management and sales activities
- Capable of identifying challenges and proposing solutions to enhance client experiences and sales results
- Quick to adapt to new systems, processes, and tools, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Passion for providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $70,000 - $80,000.
