What We Need

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Inside Channel Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on engaging with known contacts within our partner network, providing them with resources, sharing success stories, and promoting our partner demo incentives. Your efforts will be instrumental in strengthening relationships, scheduling demos, organizing team meetings, and facilitating training sessions for partner sales engineers and sales representatives. Success in this position will be measured by the number of held demos with partners and the volume of approved deal registrations submitted by our partners.


What You’ll Do

  • Proactively reach out to existing contacts within our partner ecosystem to nurture and strengthen relationships.
  • Supply partners with up-to-date resources, including product information, case studies, and marketing materials, to support their sales efforts.
  • Communicate and promote our partner demo spiff program, encouraging partners to facilitate customer demos in exchange for rewards such as Amazon gift cards.
  • Coordinate and book demos for partner sales engineers and representatives, ensuring alignment with their schedules and customer needs.
  • Organize meetings and training sessions for partner sales teams to enhance their knowledge of NetBrain's solutions and value propositions.
  • Regularly update partners on product developments, industry trends, and success stories to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, specifically focusing on the number of held demos and approved deal registrations facilitated through partner interactions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also capable of independent action.

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated on target earnings is between $70,000 - $85,000 + Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
