About Us

Cirrus is a technology-enabled electronics provider that is changing the signage industry by building the first on-premise marketing platform to empower every brick-and-mortar business to grow. We initiated our mission with the goal of designing and producing outdoor digital signage more affordably. Now, Cirrus extends beyond just signage, offering an integrated solution that includes indoor and outdoor displays, content management, sensor technology, analytics software, and proactive hardware monitoring. These elements work together to deliver actionable insights, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions for their growth and operational efficiency.

Our product portfolio is diverse, featuring five unique lines tailored to meet various business requirements: Outdoor Displays, Digital Window Posters, Media Players, People Counters, and Car Trackers. These are all interconnected through our cloud-based software platform, ScreenHub. ScreenHub is an intuitive digital signage software crafted to simplify content management and sign operation for our clients. Together, we're reshaping the future of customer engagement and experience in the signage industry.

About the Role

The Channel Account Executive owns a defined territory and is responsible for both hunting for net new sign shop partners and growing an inherited book of business within that territory. This is a phone and video-based role. You will build relationships, run demos, and close business without getting on a plane. Cirrus sells LED digital displays and a cloud-based content platform to sign shops at wholesale pricing. Sign shops are independent businesses that fabricate, install, and service signage for end customers.

We are looking for candidates who are eager, motivated, curious by nature, and who possess a hunting mindset alongside the discipline to manage and grow existing accounts. You will leverage these qualities to meet and exceed activity targets and revenue goals within your assigned territory. You are responsible for maintaining full product knowledge and presenting yourself and Cirrus with a level of professionalism consistent with our brand in video meetings, on the phone, and in written communications.

This role operates at high velocity. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable managing a large number of accounts simultaneously, running consistent outreach cadences, and moving multiple deals forward in parallel on any given week.

This role is fully on-site in our Las Colinas, TX office. Our Team thrives on in-office collaboration and real-time work, with standard hours Monday through Friday.

Role Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify net new sign company partners within your territory through cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting

  • Manage and grow an inherited book of existing sign shop accounts, deepening relationships and increasing share of wallet over time

  • Execute your sales process through HubSpot, maintaining up-to-date activity records, pipeline entries, and account notes within your assigned territory

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations via phone and video that clearly communicate the value Cirrus brings to a sign shop's business

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact through close

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer service to ensure a smooth experience for new and existing partners

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs including pipeline growth, new account acquisition, and revenue attainment

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to identify new opportunities and sharpen your sales approach

What Success Looks Like
  • A growing territory with an expanding base of active sign shop partners placing repeat orders

  • Consistent attainment of new account acquisition targets alongside revenue goals within your existing book

  • A clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot that reflects real deal status and supports reliable forecasting

  • A reputation with your sign shop accounts as a knowledgeable, responsive partner who understands their business

Role Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a track record of success in a focused market

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and close net new business while managing an existing book of accounts simultaneously

  • Comfort with high-volume outreach with consistent daily call and outreach activity across a large territory

  • Ability to learn the sign company business, how they operate, what drives their purchasing decisions, and what makes them successful

  • Excellent communication and listening skills across phone and video interactions

  • Independent self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be managed to activity

  • Experience with CRM-driven sales processes and a commitment to data quality and pipeline hygiene

  • Prior sales success in a channel, dealer, or reseller environment is a plus

Cirrus Core Values: What we look for in a teammate.
  • Bring Passion: We take pride in our work and bring our BEST to all interactions with our customers and teammates. We encourage rigorous discourse to improve the customer experience each and every day.

  • Quality: Quality isn’t a catch-all phrase. It is an action plan that requires hard work and focus to achieve. Step by step, we strive to build quality into everyday processes and products to achieve our collective success.

  • Winning Takes a Team: Show genuine commitment, be flexible, get involved, be reliable, help and support others, and move our company forward.

  • Remove Friction: Eliminate roadblocks in the way of smooth operations by promoting and embracing changes geared towards making things easier. Be bold! Don't settle for "That's just the way it is."

  • Respect: An individual who communicates and conducts themselves in a polite and positive manner, and encourages others around them to do the same; without judgment of peers regardless of rank, position, age, gender, or race.

  • Innovate Every Day: Have the courage to challenge what is perceived as conventional or typical. Be observant of surroundings and outspoken about ideas and changes that will positively impact people.
