WHAT YOU’LL DO
•    Lead the end-to-end delivery of the JSM-to-ServiceNow replacement program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
•    Define scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
•    Oversee all program phases — requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
•    Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, ServiceNow developers, business units, vendors) for smooth execution and integration.
•    Act as primary liaison for program updates, risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
•    Apply project management best practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to manage schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
•    Ensure technical alignment of ServiceNow implementation with enterprise architecture, ITSM processes, integrations, and business needs.
•    Oversee migration, customizations, and optimizations to ensure scalability, reliability, and an improved user experience.
•    Drive change management and training to support end-user adoption and smooth operational transition.
•    Monitor post-implementation performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

WHAT’S REQUIRED
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
•    8+ years’ experience in project/program management, with a focus on large-scale enterprise IT implementations.
•    Proven track record leading complex ITSM platform migrations or implementations, preferably involving ServiceNow.
•    Knowledge of ITIL concepts and their application in ITSM environments.
•    Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
•    Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior leadership in enterprise settings.
•    High-level familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, JSM), data migration, system integration, and customization best practices.
•    Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities, while identifying risks and making informed decisions under pressure.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $155,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
