Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Information Security Junior Associate to support and maintain our internal systems, with a strong emphasis on information security compliance and automation using tools like Vanta. This role is ideal for someone early in their IS career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Support the day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of internal IT systems and software platforms• Assist in maintaining information security policies and compliance processes using Vanta• Monitor system performance and security alerts; support audit readiness and data collection• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system workflows and user support• Document procedures, system configurations, and best practices• Assist with user access management, onboarding, and offboarding
Qualifications:• 1-2 years of experience in Information Systems, IT Support, or related field• Hands-on experience with Vanta or similar security/compliance automation tools• Familiarity with SaaS applications, cloud-based systems, and endpoint management• Strong communication skills and attention to detail• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
Preferred:• Exposure to frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA• Experience with ticketing systems and basic scripting or automation
