Lead design and development of DW/BI ETL solutions using Informatica and Teradata. Perform architecture and design reviews, data loading, advanced SQL development, Teradata tuning, and Informatica performance improvements. Troubleshoot complex issues, implement best practices (CDC, UDFs), collaborate with stakeholders in a global delivery model, and work within the financial domain.

- At least 4 years of experience in Software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in DW/BI related technologies and Informatica ETL tool – MUST
- At least 2 years of experience in Teradata - MUST
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects
- At least 3 years of experience in Design and Architecture review
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in Design, Development & Build activities in Informatica and Oracle Projects
- Knowledge of Informatica Architecture, Projection Design, ETL flow, advanced SQLs
- Knowledge of data loading techniques using Informatica tool.
- Knowledge Best Practices in Informatica, Performance improvements, implementing CDC, UDFs
- Strong knowledge of Teradata Architecture: Nodes (AMP &PE), VProcs, BYNETS
- Efficient usage of Teradata DDL Statements – Derived Tables, Volatile Tables and Global Temporary Tables
- Hands on Knowledge on Teradata Concepts – Primary Index, Partitioned Primary Index, Secondary Index, Join Index and Compression Techniques.
- Understand the Concept of Locking Mechanisms in Teradata
- Experience on Query Tuning mechanisms using indexes & proper usage of Statistics in Teradata
- Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Financial domain
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Informatica
- At least 2 years of experience with Teradata
