Loot Labs is on a mission to make collecting fun. We are passionate about bridging the gap between collectible markets and avid collectors.
Our product, Boxed.gg, offers a marketplace that facilitates the purchase and trade of digital items in an accessible manner. The platform initially focused on physical trading card games such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh!, allowing users to digitally unbox rare cards and have the physical items shipped to their doorsteps.

As the Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can identify and nurture relationships with key influencers, negotiate partnerships, and ensure the successful execution of influencer campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving direct acquisition, engagement, and increasing our reach across various platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of professional experience managing influencers and executing creator led campaigns/activations. You're able to interact with and manage influencer relations with professionalism and understand what it takes to get the absolute most out of the creators we work with.
A personal interest in TCG’s (Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering and One Piece) is required with direct professional experience in either or both preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Strategy: Assist with the implementation and development of a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with overall company goals, including content themes, campaign objectives, and KPIs.

  • Influencer Identification & Outreach: Identify potential influencers across various platforms (Twitch, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that align with our brand values and target audience. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other key partners.

  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including briefing, content creation, approvals, and performance tracking. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with influencers, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with campaign goals.

  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to guide content creation, ensuring it is on-brand, engaging, and meets campaign objectives. Provide creative input and feedback to ensure high-quality output.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and inform broader marketing strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing efforts.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content creation. Share insights with the broader team to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

  • Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you need any accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know—we’re happy to support you.
