Talent Recruitment:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with social media creators
  • Provide Creator examples for Strategists/Sales to include in proposals for custom client requests 
  • Identify and research potential social media creators for collaboration opportunities using various platforms and technology
  • Reach out to creators or their managers through email, direct messages, or other communication channels to establish partnerships
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with creators, ensuring all deliverables and expectations are clearly defined
  • Generate Audience Insights for each Creator provided to clients

  • Monitor and analyze creators campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions to help reframe future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creators in order to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Maintain the organization and data of internal Family Dollar community, ensuring up-to-date information for internal team

Talent Execution: 

  • Collaborate with social media creators to develop campaign strategies and creative concepts
  • Provide clear and detailed guidelines to creators regarding content creation, including specific messaging, branding requirements, and key campaign objectives
  • Review and provide feedback on user-generated content (UGC) to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
  • Coordinate with creators to obtain necessary assets (e.g., images, videos) within designated timelines
  • Monitor the progress of creators content creation and communicate any adjustments or revisions as needed
  • Maintain regular communication with creators throughout the campaign, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Offer support and guidance to creators in optimizing their content for maximum impact and engagement
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure creators are meeting deadlines and deliverables are being fulfilled on time
  • Track and document creators performance during campaigns, reporting results to internal stakeholders as required
  • Foster positive relationships with creators by providing timely communication, recognition, and appreciation for their contributions

Skills and Proficiencies: 

  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their features (including, but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, and Snapchat)
  • Familiarity with creators marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with creators
  • Ability to research and identify suitable creators based on target audience and campaign objectives
  • Analytical mindset to track, analyze, and interpret data from creators campaigns
  • Creativity and an eye for engaging content creation for both creators and company's social media handles
  • Must have working knowledge of the following, or the ability to quickly become proficient in, social media management tools for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring platforms, as well as platforms such as Google Meet, Google Docs/Sheets, Monday.com, Slack, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creators partnerships and campaigns simultaneously
  • Adaptable nature to keep up with changing trends in social media and creators culture

Travel:

  • Occasional travel may be required for internal team meetings, training, client events, or creator-related activations (approximately 2–3 times per year)
  • Candidates must be comfortable with travel and able to represent the team professionally during in-person engagements

Social Media (if needed):

  • Collaborate with team to generate innovative ideas for social content
  • Contribute to planning of social content strategies
  • Execute copywriting for social content posts/story frames
  • Research latest social trends and industry changes and apply this knowledge to enhance social content strategies and posts
  • Pull data and generate insights based on community responses and engagement on social platforms 
  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media channels using appropriate tools or platforms
  • Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor social media conversations related to the company's brand or campaigns, engaging with users when needed.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:

58,762.13 - 97,936.88 USD Annual

The final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.

Depending on the job level and role, it may include:

  • Annual discretionary bonuses through our Core Company Performance Bonus Plan

  • Equity grants, sign-on bonuses, and other tailored incentive opportunities
