The Implementation Support Specialist ensures timely acquisition of client data for the Artemis Platform, communicates with vendors, and updates internal teams on project statuses.
We were tired of hearing that healthcare is broken, so we decided to do something about it. At Nomi Health, we believe the care itself isn’t broken — it’s the business of healthcare that gets in the way. Every year, more than $1 trillion is wasted on paperwork, delays, and middle layers that drive up costs and keep people from the care they need.
We’re rebuilding the system so it works the way it should: clear prices you can trust, faster payments that keep providers focused on patients, and data that helps employers make better decisions. Our work has already touched more than 30 million lives — from local communities in Michigan to some of the largest companies in the country.
OUR CONTRIBUTION
Nomi Analytics empowers employers and their advisors to identify opportunities to reduce spend, improve quality, and drive outcomes for members. The Artemis Platform is powered by our innovative data engine and built for rich insights, extreme flexibility, and ease of use – so you’re spending less time getting to the right healthcare decisions, and more time acting on them.

- Proactively escalate to the project lead and customer success team if a project is at risk of delay due to issues with the data acquisition steps.
- Be an evangelist of Nomi Analytics by serving as an advocate and spokesperson, effectively communicating our company’s mission, products, and value to both internal and external audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:
- 1+ years of business development, inside sales, or outbound customer service experience
- Previous hands-on experience managing customer-facing outreach efforts in large volumes, using both digital (e.g., email and automated outreach tools) and phone-based methods
