Using the UKG Ready platform WPHR provides payroll and tax outsourcing services to clients, including processing payroll throughout the year, tax filing and payment services, quarter and year-end coordination and administration, and more. Our payroll module provides a payroll and tax management solution that helps streamline processes associated with completing payroll while helping our clients stay in compliance with the always-changing labor laws. Our Implementation team handles the build-out and upkeep for these solutions and provides ongoing support to clients on an outsourced basis. WPHR services small and middle-market companies throughout the United States.
Job Summary:
As an Implementation Specialist – TLM at WPHR, you are responsible for the implementation of Workforce Management for new clients. This role also provides ongoing technical and administrative support in payroll, accruals, and time and labor and includes problem resolution, customer service, communications, training, etc. Working primarily independently and making recommendations for solutions. Prioritizing with a focus on the customer and improvements.  
Responsibilities include:
  • Extensive use of software platforms, such as UKG Ready.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining company templates for creating new clients.
  • Builds and processes accrual policies.
  • Builds and tests TLM Technology in UKG Ready.
  • Assists with setup, implementation, and support of TLM Hardware.
  • Stay updated on system changes and industry trends to keep up to date with knowledge of products and processes for clients.
  • Creates detailed instructions and custom tip sheets to assist internal staff and clients with technical aspects of UKG Ready.
  • Extensive knowledge of available import files for all areas of UKG Ready.
  • Responsible for training clients in TLM as well as system maintenance.
  • May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations when needed or aid with scoping projects.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of UKG Ready experience or related field
  • Knowledge of implementing UKG Ready with functional expertise in Payroll, Tax, Time and Attendance, and Accruals.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Management (TLM), preferably in an implementation or consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of TLM software and systems, such as Paychex, ADP, Paylocity and Gusto, with preferred experience with UKG Ready.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, sales, third party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation
