Job Summary:
AutogenAI is seeking a customer-focused Implementation Project Manager to lead our US enterprise client Implementation and drive seamless adoption of our AI-powered platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design scalable Implementation frameworks, guide change management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-implementation. What you'll be responsible for:
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee end-to-end Implementation for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Implementation Methodology: Develop and implement a scalable Implementation framework tailored to enterprise clients.
- Change Management: Provide expert guidance on organizational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI-driven tools.
- Customer Engagement: Strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during Implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Handover Optimisation: Establish a structured transition process from Implementation to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long-term retention.
- Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- Project & Program Management: 5+ years’ experience managing complex onboarding and implementation projects in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Change & Adoption Leadership: Skilled in driving organisational change and user adoption for new technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-Suite and senior stakeholders.
- Organisation & Delivery: Highly organised with a track record of delivering measurable results under pressure.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with AI-based tools and quickly learning and demonstrating new solutions.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident engaging with diverse audiences including executives.
- Collaboration: Experienced in cross-functional teamwork with sales, product, and customer success to deliver shared goals.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and adjusts priorities proactively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Startup Experience: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Bid Process Exposure: Familiarity with bid writing, procurement, or tender processes.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Experience using AI software in a professional context.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 depending on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role.
