- Act as a subject matter expert in our product and the logistics industry, ensuring customers fully maximize our platform’s potential.
- Conduct on-site user training sessions, ensuring seamless adoption of the software and tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support both internal teams and clients.
- Juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction by measuring key success metrics like “time to value” and customer feedback.
- Drive customer success and own business outcomes through expert deployment of Curri's product suite.
What you need to have:

- A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and implementing enterprise software solutions in logistics-related sectors.
- Ability to think strategically about process improvements while being hands-on in solving day-to-day challenges.
- Strong project management skills, from gathering functional requirements to defining timelines.
- Excellent communication skills—you’ll interact with executives at Fortune 500 companies and day-to-day operations managers alike.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking/first-principles approach to solving complicated problems
Bonus Points if you have:
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Direct experience in construction, delivery, or transportation sectors.
What is in it for you?
- A chance to make an immediate, meaningful impact at a fast-growing start-up.
- Significant responsibility from Day 1, with opportunities to shape our go-to-market strategy and directly contribute to company success.
- Work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule. We don’t micromanage and want to help you do great work.
- There is no work/life—there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. We care about family and your personal development and don't expect you to always be engaged with work.
- Competitive salary, along with health, dental, vision, 401K, and equity compensation.
