We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. This individual will manage the deployment of our compliance product and other solutions, guiding our clients from pre-close to successful product implementation, and then transitioning the account to the Customer Success team. In this hands-on role, the Implementation Manager will lead multiple projects, provide expert-level knowledge on our software, and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including planning, onboarding, configuration, and delivery for our Edge product.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and existing workflows, designing tailored future-state workflows using Titan Cloud’s software.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in oil and gas compliance, ensuring that our clients fully leverage our platform.
  • Participate in cross-training on compliance to enhance subject matter expertise and ensure a well-rounded understanding of Titan Cloud’s products and services.
  • Conduct user training sessions, ensuring customers can effectively utilize the software and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to deliver a seamless implementation experience.
  • Maintain and develop technical documentation to support internal teams and clients.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met while prioritizing client needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by driving measurable success metrics, including “time to value” and customer feedback scores

Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000-140,000


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or client success roles, with a strong preference for experience in oil and gas, environmental compliance, or related industries
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success in consulting clients and implementing enterprise software solutions, ideally in the oil and gas industry
  • Ability to work in a hands-on capacity, while also thinking strategically about process improvement (70% hands-on, 30% strategy)
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in gathering functional requirements and defining project timelines
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives at Fortune 500 companies as well as day-to-day operations managers
  • Flexibility and openness to learning new tools and technologies in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
