About Us:

Verifiable is a provider credentialing and network monitoring platform, delivery industry-leading AI, API and Software solutions to help healthcare organizations optimize operations at enterprise scale. We are a top Salesforce partner, winning the 2024 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award, and also were named to Inc. 5000 2025, the most prestigious ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies. We work with leading healthcare organizations such as Humana Dental, Talkspace, Headway, Empower Pharmacy, and many others.

Verifiable is a fast-moving, early-stage team that values impact, ownership, and follow-through. Everyone here rolls up their sleeves, dives into ambiguity, and takes end-to-end responsibility for meaningful work. Priorities shift, problems aren’t always perfectly defined, and we move with urgency—so we look for people who are energized by hard problems, rapid learning, and stepping in wherever the team needs support.

We’re collaborative and human, but we keep a high bar. If you thrive in a scrappy, high-ownership environment where your work directly shapes the company’s trajectory, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Salesforce Implementation Consultant configures, customizes, and validates Verifiable’s Salesforce-based implementation solutions for customers. This role collaborates closely with Implementation Managers, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders to deliver technically sound, scalable implementations aligned with customer business needs.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in Salesforce, translating customer requirements into technical solutions, and identifying risks early. Strong Salesforce configuration experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Verifiable’s Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customer implementations, including fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, reporting, dashboards, and implementation-specific configuration.

  • Partner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions, implementation tasks, and delivery plans.

  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Build, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce automation, including Flow-based processes, validation rules, data updates, and configuration-driven business logic.

  • Support data migration, data cleanup, and backfill activities using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, reports, exports, and structured import processes.

  • Configure and validate Salesforce security models, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and object/field-level access.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, identify root causes, and clearly communicate resolution options.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical gaps, product issues, enhancement requests, or required development support.

  • Participate in QA, UAT support, and go-live readiness activities to ensure implementations are accurate, stable, and customer-ready.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration notes, solution designs, deployment notes, testing instructions, and customer-specific implementation details.

  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, Implementation Managers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

  • Apply Salesforce and Verifiable implementation best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with long-term customer success.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customers.

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions.

  • Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.

  • Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.

  • Experience with data migration, data repair, or data backfill activities using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce reports, exports, and structured data imports.

  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical implementation tasks.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially within Salesforce automation, data, permissions, and configuration.

  • Ability to identify when a request requires product, engineering, or development support and clearly specify the needed technical changes.

  • Experience delivering custom Salesforce configuration in environments that include a managed package, with an understanding of package constraints, extension patterns, upgrade impacts, and how to avoid breaking managed package functionality.

Nice-to-Have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce experience.

  • Experience working in healthcare, credentialing, provider data management, compliance, or regulated industries.

  • Experience supporting integrations, APIs, middleware, or connected systems.

  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce deployment tools, or similar project delivery systems.

  • Experience creating solution design documentation or technical implementation plans.

  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce metadata, or deployment/change set processes is a plus.

  • Experience with AI to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, testing coverage, and technical problem-solving.
