As an Implementation Consultant within Professional Services, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, validation, and training of the Kyriba TMS solution for customers. This role will have a primary focus on the FX Cash Flow, FX Balance Sheet, Risk, Hedge Accounting, Valuations and Financial Transaction modules within the Kyriba solution. You will also be expected to learn other modules across the solution including but not limited to Cash, Liquidity, Payments, Accounting etc. You will participate in all aspects of the projects from initial client engagement to go-live. This role will also involve coding transform scripts for customers to accommodate solutions based on their requirements. SQL script writing along with other technical skill sets will be required for this role. This position plays a critical role in driving customer success and market adoption of Kyriba solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Write SQL scripts to facilitate custom client workflows.
- Troubleshoot SQL scripts to support existing clients.
- Support Kyriba API implementations from a technical standpoint.
- Implement custom reports for Business Intelligence.
- Assist customer with testing and troubleshooting SSO.
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers and partners.
- Kyriba Academy certification is a requirement for this role and must be obtained within 3 months of start date.
- Obtain Kyriba Academy certifications across different modules and develop new skills related to the product, industry, and market trends.
- Attend internal product training sessions and webinars to increase knowledge of product offerings and roadmap.
- Possesses an understanding of Kyriba’s functional and connectivity modules capabilities and constraints.
- Promotes a culture of innovation, efficiency, and client centric behavior.
- Establish a trusting relationship with customers and partners.
- Conduct detailed analysis and contribute to blueprint documentation.
- Guide customers on ways to perform necessary configuration in the system.
- Perform clear/comprehensive/detailed user training.
- Assist customers in the preparation of test scripts for testing the configured scenarios.
- Assist customers during UAT.
- Participate in scheduled project oversight meetings with customers, project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the project manager.
- Review project schedules with project managers and estimate time required to complete projects.
- Escalate project incidents and issues to project managers.
- Understand how and when to escalate issues to higher levels, analyze the risks and future impacts of decisions.
- Participate in internal meetings to communicate client issues, required enhancement to product, lessons learned, proposed improvements to minimize efforts.
- Record timesheets in a timely manner.
- Maintains an 80% billable utilization.
Qualifications
- 2 – 4+ years’ experience in Professional Services, IT, Coding/Development, BI ideally in the treasury/financial systems industry.
- Experience with a prior TMS.
- Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in Corporate Treasury and Risk Management (especially FX risk management) are a plus.
- Must possess a strong desire to accumulate technical skills (SQL, Power BI. API, Qlik BI).
- Ability to write and read SQL or T-SQL scripts (or experience with other coding languages).
- Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel (Excel VBA is a plus).
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, or M is a plus.
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Atlassian a plus.
- Strong presentation skills with good mastery of tools like PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage large sets of data.
- Excellent time management skills as multiple clients and projects will be managed simultaneously.
- Travel maybe required for client or partner visits.
