Our team is growing and we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Client Services team in Denver! You'll work closely with customers to implement monday.com to help their business needs and challenges.

There are a few things we take really seriously here at monday.com: building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to our customers. Our clients love our product, and it's incredibly unique (and fun) to provide support in an environment where the vast majority of interactions are so positive.

In this role, you will train, advise and consult with customers to optimize their use of monday.com products during the course of an implementation project.

You will also be interacting with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success, along with planning and managing projects!



About The Role

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com
  • Responsible for working with enterprise customers to solve complex issues through defining their unique setup with monday.com
  • Plan and design customer’s onboarding solutions, API integrations, reporting program, custom scripting, user management, write user guides, presentations, and more
  • Design and execute complex data migrations from legacy systems to monday products.
  • Create more complex solutions that utilize our developer tools, such as the monday APIs and apps framework
  • Supplement complex workflows using low-code tools like Zapier, Make.com, Workato, Make, Mulesoft, etc
  • Push the limits of the monday.com Work OS by building complex workflows for clients
  • Advocate for customers with Product when their needs are not met
  • Act as a project manager for small to medium projects that do not warrant a dedicated PM.
  • Work with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into monday.com and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows.
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in monday.com
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Build, own, and execute implementation project plans
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap



Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS as technical customer success / implementation manager / technical project management / technical account management / technological consulting, specifically within onboarding and implementation of software.
  • Experience in leading product implementation projects involving hands on implementation.
  • Strong project management skills to keep projects on-track and manage unique flows. 
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations. 
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

For Denver based hires only: Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Denver may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
