Position Summary:
As an Implementation Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to both new and existing customers. You'll lead the full life cycle of client deployments for our software, managing expectations, meeting timelines, and acting as a key liaison between clients and various company departments. Your role will also involve educating clients on software capabilities and communicating enhancement ideas to our Product team.
Expected Duties:
Software Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software to educate clients and provide best practice recommendations.
Innovation and Leadership: Develop and implement initiatives that support client goals and objectives.
Client Onboarding: Handle client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations, while facilitating interactions between clients and other departments.
Stakeholder Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the deployment cycle, focusing on driving project resources toward completion and providing proactive and responsive client service.
Project Management: Adhere to project schedules, ensure all resources meet timelines, and organize tasks to maximize productivity and utilization.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they escalate.

Career Development: A career-development professional within the subject area.
Moderate Skill Set: Requires a moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area.
Independent Judgment: Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems.
Teamwork and Flexibility: Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.

Salary range of $75,000 - $105,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
