The HR Mobility Admin typically has a minimum of 1- 4 years of experience in mobility administrative work or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support including document printing and shipping, invoicing, organizing meetings, and contacting clients and EORs.

  • Processing mobility administrative tasks and requests such as immigration applications.

  • Assisting with periodic processes and procedures such as immigration audits, and inspections.

  • Ensuring that EOR mobility records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

  • Conducting research on global mobility trends and regulations to support improvements.

  • Analyzing data and preparing reports to Team Leads and Regional managers as required

  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the department, including participation in projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of business immigration administrative experience

  • Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills

  • Strong client services skills:

    • Experience directly interacting for customers via email, call, and video

    • Experience anticipating clients’ needs and addressing their concerns

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with JIRA, Notion and slack as a plus!
