The Region Modality Leader for Imaging Digital Solutions (IDS) – Southeast is an individual contributor responsible for driving standalone, renewal, and enterprise SaaS deal strategy, execution, and implementation across the assigned region. This role leads commercial growth for GE HealthCare’s Imaging Digital Solutions portfolio by partnering cross-functionally to align account strategy, customer outcomes, and implementation success.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration and influence skills to unite, educate, and energize local account teams while serving as a trusted resource across the region. The ideal candidate brings SaaS sales expertise, business acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
This role may also lead targeted initiatives or projects to improve commercial outcomes and expand business expertise. The ability to manage sensitive internal and external matters with professionalism and integrity is essential.

Residence within the region is preferred. Moderate to frequent travel is required.
Own and deliver orders and sales commitments for the Imaging Digital Solutions portfolio across the assigned region
Develop and execute account strategy for standalone, renewal, and enterprise SaaS opportunities
Drive forecasting accuracy, operating plan attainment, margin performance, and implementation alignment
Partner closely with Imaging Account Managers and Modality Leader peers (MR, CT, PET) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
Lead regional education initiatives for local sales teams, including value propositions, product positioning, SaaS lifecycle execution, and expected client outcomes
Maintain deep understanding of territory dynamics, market trends, and adjacent GE HealthCare modality opportunities
Demonstrate strong competitive awareness; clearly articulate differentiators and provide structured feedback to Modality GM and Product Management on trends, wins, and losses
Apply data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking to guide pricing strategy and profitability
Exhibit creative problem-solving to navigate complex sales cycles, customer challenges, and operational considerations
Prioritize effectively, manage time strategically, and leverage internal resources to strengthen commercial execution
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience)
Prior sales experience required (GE Leadership Program considered equivalent)
SaaS sales experience strongly preferred in the healthcare industry

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
