Job Description SummaryThe Region Modality Leader for Imaging Digital Solutions – SaaS – Northeast (IDS) is a customer facing individuals responsible for strategizing, forecasting, executing and implementing GE's radiology software solutions for operations - one of GE Healthcare's fastest growing portfolios! Each individual will be expected to understand and articulate the SaaS market and trends while maintaining standard work defined by the Modality and GE Commercial Policies. Each person will have full autonomy to demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions with the support of local Imaging Account Managers to account stakeholders and thought leaders. Each person will also be responsible for influencing a collaborative and positive culture throughout the assigned Region and IDS Team through communication, clear action plans, accurate forecasting, and intense sales execution. Each of the five Regions in the US is made up of three to four Markets spanning across multiple states making travel a requirement for success. Success is measured through operating plan attainment, implementation attainment, margin attainment, integrity/compliance practices, and team/leader assessment.

Job Description

The Region Modality Leader for Imaging Digital Solutions / SaaS - Northeast is an individual sales contributors that must execute standalone, renewal, and enterprise deal strategy, execution, and implementation for our SaaS products. It requires key collaboration skills to unite, educate, and engage cross-functional and local account teams. This job requires strong interpersonal skills and act as a resource for colleagues. Each person may lead small projects to improve business outcomes and gain business expertise. It is also important that performance expectations are at least met, with the ability to handle internal and external sensitive issues to maintain the best customer experience.

Responsible for the following Region: Northeast (ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, and portions of PA) It is preferred that the candidate lives in the desired region. Moderate to frequent travel is expected.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Directly accountable and responsible for orders and sales commitments for GE Imaging Digital Solutions throughout assigned Region

  • Support and lead account strategy and collaboration for Imaging Digital Solution portfolio, including forecasting, overall customer experience, and implementation expectations

  • Execute education plan for local sales teams inclusive of key value propositions, product positioning, SaaS benefits/execution, and client anticipated outcomes

  • Develop and articulate in-depth knowledge of sales territory by communicating and tracking market trends for the Imaging Digital Solutions portfolio as well as awareness of related GEHC modalities

  • Well-aware of the competition and educated on competitive solutions with strong ability to demonstrate and position our differentiators vs competition; clear communication to Modality General Manager and Product Management Team regarding competitor trends and key wins/losses to improve future product development

  • Demonstrates technical and analytical thinking for data-driven decision making

  • Understands and leads pricing strategy for profitability

  • Displays creative and process-oriented thinking to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers

  • Ability to prioritize information for decision-making and time management

  • Exemplifies resourcefulness by using multiple internal and limited external sources to arrive at decisions and improve team strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of sales experience.

  • Sales experience (or GE Leadership Program) required, SaaS sales experience preferred

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $129,600.00-$194,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
