Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Imaging Production Coordinator to join our Digital Solutions (DMS) Imaging Center team. In this vital 3rd shift role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all phases of imaging production—from pre-prep and scheduling to final quality control and release—to ensure high-quality digital deliverables for our clients.

The Imaging Center team is dedicated to efficiently transforming physical records into high-quality digital assets for our customers.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the production workflow by performing job setup, scheduling, training, and staging to ensure all tasks (pre-prep, scan, indexing, packaging) are completed on time and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Ensure imaging quality and compliance by conducting final quality checks, making necessary post-production corrections, and adhering to Digital Solutions (DMS) Imaging Center Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/guidelines.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment by identifying and correcting scanner or batch class issues, escalating complex problems to the IT team when necessary.

  • Local Travel: 1%

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience performing all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to schedule personnel, manage a team of 6 - 10 imaging specialists, and the project workflow to meet specific timelines and customer expectations.

  • Strong working knowledge of imaging and related technology to effectively troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external customer interaction.

What We Offer:
  • Shift: Sun. - Thurs., 9:45pm - 6:15am

  • Compensation: $22hr (No Benefits)
