Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst with experience with GEOINT and imagery intelligence (IMINT) to join our team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA's) mission partner support. Analysts supporting this office use imagery and geospatial data, correlated with non-imagery data, to provide vital analysis in support of our customer's mission.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to understand intelligence issues, military affairs and use GIS to develop intelligence reports and products to represent key intelligence questions and analysis. Responsibilities include extracting and/or acquiring geospatial information, derivative information and multi-INT data for analysis, visualization and modeling. Intelligence reports, graphics and briefing will be used to communicate the analysis rendered.
Analysts will perform imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical softcopy imagery, which may include researching appropriate databases for amplifying information and producing standard imagery analysis products. Obtain softcopy, and commercial imagery-related products in response to customer needs. Utilizes available imagery, multi-INT, and other source customer data stores to exploit, identify, monitor, and analyze existing and emerging trends, dynamic events, and solve intelligence problems. Analysts will conduct motion video forensics and in-depth research analysis, culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products.
Analysts will utilize OSINT and other intelligence sources to correlate imagery and geospatial data to fill intelligence gaps and provide a complete intelligence picture to customers and decisionmakers.

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 5 years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience or degree/experience equivalent.
- Functional knowledge of ArcGIS Pro.
- Ability to create and incorporate imagery into geospatial intelligence products
- Experience in targeting and precision point mensuration.
- Attended a certified imagery schoolhouse or the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program.
- Knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities.
- Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of RemoteView, IEC, NES, Cedalion and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing. Knowledge of the intelligence collection process.
- Strong multi-modal imagery exploitation.
- Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
- Ability to attain and maintain GPC-F and IA-II/GA-II certifications.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- GPC Certified.
- Relevant experience in the Geospatial Analysis field in the last year.
- Relevant experience in complex vector network and raster surface analysis.
- Relevant experience working with multi-int information
- Experience using ESRI ArcGIS Pro extensions for analytical support.
- Experience with Structured Observation Management Tools.
- Experience using, creating, updating, and maintaining geodatabases.
- BA/BS in field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, etc.
- Possess GPC IA or GA Level II certification
